Terms of Use
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Waitgames is a free collection of browser games. These terms are deliberately short and written in plain English — by using the site at waitgames.com, you agree to them.
The service
Waitgames ("we", "us") provides free casual games that run in your web browser. There are no accounts, no downloads, and no purchases. The site is supported by advertising and by optional voluntary donations. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time without notice.
Your use of the site
Play as much as you like, link to any page, and share your daily-puzzle results anywhere. We only ask that you don't:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the servers that host it;
- use bots or automated tools to scrape the site at scale or to generate fraudulent ad activity;
- attempt to bypass, tamper with, or misrepresent the advertising that keeps the site free;
- use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
Saved data
Game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally in your browser on your device — we don't hold them for you, and clearing your browser data for this site removes them. That local-only design is deliberate; you can read more in our Privacy Policy. Because we never hold your data, we also can't restore lost progress.
Intellectual property
The Waitgames name, site design, text, artwork, and code are © Waitgames, all rights reserved. Our games are original implementations of classic, widely played game concepts — the mechanics of snake, falling-block puzzles, minesweeper, klondike, sudoku, and their relatives are decades-old ideas that belong to gaming culture at large. Waitgames is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the publishers of any commercial game these concepts may remind you of, and any trademarks referenced in describing our games belong to their respective owners.
Advertising and third-party links
The site displays ads served by Google AdSense, and pages may link to third-party sites (for example, our donation page). We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it. How advertising cookies work — and how to opt out of personalization — is covered in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep everything fast and functional, but we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a high score will survive a cleared browser cache.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waitgames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. The site is free; your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
